Choose the documents you need, configure your Will, and review the price. The fee is fixed up front. When you accept, your instruction goes to Carbon Law Partners LLP, who issue an engagement letter and a payment link.

Step 2
Configure your Will
Choose the form of your Will. All three forms are priced identically. If you are not sure, the engagement-letter stage is the place to talk it through with the drafting solicitor.
Mirror Wills only at this tier. Foundation Essentials assumes both Wills follow the same form. If you and your partner need different Will forms, that suggests advisory work. Read about Strong Foundations and Family Structures for tiers that include the necessary advisory layer.
Optional clauses (no price impact)
A flexible legacy clause is a small but useful addition. It lets you name up to five people to receive cash gifts before the residuary estate is distributed. Common uses: a small gift to a godchild, a contribution to a charity, a token to a long-standing friend. The amounts and recipients are confirmed at data capture, after the engagement letter is signed.
Chattels are your personal effects: jewellery, furniture, art, books, personal mementos. The chattels clause directs how these pass on death. Without one, chattels fall into the residuary estate, which can complicate matters when family members have specific items they expect or want to receive. Worth including for most people.
